The Tearoom has been owned by Jackie & Alan since 2005.
Our aim is to provide a time of space, and attention to all the little things which sadly, get lost in the busyness of lives!
​
Our menu offers genuinely homemade (on the premises), freshly prepared meals, snacks and cakes, using quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers as much as possible.
We are NOT a fast food establishment, and we serve good food to the standard we have set ourselves, which naturally takes time, especially in busy periods.
You are welcome to sit at your table for as long as you like. Please do not feel that you have to eat, drink and then rush off, even in our busy times!

As the year progresses, it is still busy and we are seeing a large number of visitors this year!
It is proving to be incredibly busy EVERY DAY. We do suggest that if you wish to come at a particular time, then PLEASE do book in advance, to avoid disappointment or a long wait.

We will be CLOSED from 2.00pm on 14th February and for the day on Saturday 15th February
Table reservations are recommended especially over lunchtime periods when we are often full!

We are unable to cater for groups of more than SIX people at any one time, and will not accept reservations for more. Please do not try to book more than one table!
Recently, there have been a high number of guests booking a large table and not turning up, or letting us know. This has a huge effect on a small business. If you require a table for 5 or 6 people, please telephone us on 01451 832172 and we will make the reservation.
If guests continue to not show up without letting us know, we may unfortunately be forced to either introduce a deposit requirement for all reservations, or not accept any reservations at all, which we feel is a real shame for the many hundreds who want to visit us and be sure of a table being available.

Our Christmas Elves worked really hard, and our guests were very generous to raise funds for North Cotswold Foodbank this Christmas!
A superb total of £1,011.95
has been given to North Cotswold Foodbank!

Clean (not wet or muddy) dogs are welcomed in the tearoom.
Most will go to sleep on the carpet quite happily, once they've had one of our homemade fido biscuits!
